As you see advertisement after advertisement for different websites promoted on television, it becomes much more difficult to try to select which website might be the right one for you to find love. Because there are so many to choose from doesn’t mean that just any website will be the one and only option for you. To assist you in your decision on where to turn for true love, we have provided our round-up of the best websites for dating, based on variable factors such as size of membership, pricing, and other important features you can find on the varied websites.

If an easy to use website with intense profiles is for you, Matchmaker.com is an excellent choice. Forbes magazine claimed this website as the Best Online Dating Service, and eight million memberships can’t be understated. With pricing starting at about $8, and ranging to $20 per month, they provide the ability to keep track of how many viewings your personal profile has had. What makes this website so successful may just be the large amount of information it contains on it’s members, from questionnaires that are completed to personal essays written.

Yahoo Personals has over five million members with fees going for $8 to $20 a month. They have a very impressive search engines which allows you to focus on a variety of choices, organizing your searches on age, living area, interests, etc. They also have an extensive character profile and a nice amount of singles that are looking for love.

Dream Dates has a monthly fee of $9 to $25. With four million users, they have an advanced option that allows you to talk with other members rather than using messaging. They also have email, IM and chat options for communication.Dreamdates offers the standard Romance memberships, with an option of Erotica.

The option of anonymity is a strong draw for those wishing to avoid those they do not have interest in, while private interaction can be had with the person or persons you might find yourself attracted to. 10 million users strong, at slightly higher rates of $16 to $25, American Singles stands. You can arrange your given list of matching profiles promptly sent to you via the website by any number of interests.

Match.com allows two ways of contact with other members only, but provides the most easiest usage. This is my personal favorite, and costs anywhere from $11 to $25 for monthly membership. You receive an instant match based on the information you type, and with over 15 million members, that says a lot about this website. When making a choice proves more difficult than you thought, a side-by-side comparison helps ease the selection process. Viewing candidates in this manner quickens the choosing.

Lastly, a site that allows you to select different websites for the dating pursuit, Cupid’s Review must be mentioned. Providing information about dating sites, rather than membership of potential dates, this can be a good place to begin your search, and help you in the process of deciding on a website to start with. Providing pricing information, a category of niches, and even a scoring point feature of up to 100, it gives numerous websites that help you find your own particular need more easily, whether that need be based on particulars, lifestyle type, location, or backgrounds. It doesn’t hurt either that it’s so easy to use.

So what websites are the best? I would say Match.com is my favorite, but there can be no wrong answer. Try more than one to get a good feel for what you want and what you like. Good luck!
